Hi! I’m Lisa. When I started having babies, I just had to have pictures of them! So I did what any loving new mom would do… I dragged my baby to a big store photo studio each month for whatever special they happened to be running at the time. After a year or so of not-so-great pictures and no-so-great experiences I finally decided to put my high school photography classes to work. I instantly fell in love with photographing kids instead of buildings (how could I not, my kids are really cute!). I quit my job designing ships (I was pretty terrible at it!) and the rest is history!
Now I have four children ranging from 1 year to 8 years old. Three of them are boys, so I’m used to complete chaos. I love photographing families and children, and I promise to get awesome images of your babies!!!
A portrait session with this member of the Professional Photographer’s of America lasts up to 60 minutes, during which the time will fly by. By the end we’ll feel like old friends. Don’t stress because you’ll be completely prepared for your session with our pre-portrait chat (or email!) and all the goodies I’ll be sending your way. From What to Wear to what snacks to bring the kiddo’s, I’ve got you covered!
Your session fee includes 60 minutes of shooting, our travel to and from the session site, a pre-session consultation, your ‘What to Expect’ kit, and a session premiere a few weeks after the portraits are completed. Because I only accept a couple of sessions per week, I’m often booked six to eight weeks in advance. Oh, and if you hire me for a session and are not 100% pleased with the outcome, I’m happy to offer a full refund of your session fee. That’s never happened, but the offer is there if you need it.
