FAQ’s

How does it work?

We’ll have a phone consultation with you to prepare you for your portrait session.  On the day of your session we’ll come to your location and shoot for about 1-2 hours.  When your images are ready (30-40 retouched images) you’ll come to us for your ordering session.  After you narrow down the images you truly love, we’ll help guide you in choosing sizes and products.  Soon afterwards your private online gallery will go up for 10 days.  It’s a great way to share all the images with family and friends, as well as for Grandma in Kentucky to get an updated 5×7 for her fireplace mantle.

Can I get the Digital Images?

Digital images are available in our collections.  All digital images include a print release and we can recommend a consumer lab to print your images.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We have a family too, so we understand things come up.  We do ask for you to give us 24 hours notice so we can notify our babysitter (Nana) and she can make alternate plans.  She has a very busy social life
